1. Use of Service
MetaGenius AI provides AI-generated SEO meta tags for Shopify merchants. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Credits & Billing
The service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when meta tags are generated. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Top-up credits never expire.
Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing you authorise charges through your Shopify account.
3. AI-Generated Content
Meta tags are generated by AI and may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. MetaGenius AI makes no guarantee of specific SEO rankings or results.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate misleading or deceptive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the API
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
5. Limitation of Liability
MetaGenius AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify App Store. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
