Credits are what AI generations cost. A meta title plus its matching description is 2 credits; an image alt text, keyword, or FAQ is 1 credit each; a full AI blog post is 5 credits. Audits, redirects, and Autopilot auto-redirects are free. The Free plan includes 50 credits/month, Starter 250 credits/month, and Pro 1,000 credits/month.

Monthly plan credits reset at each billing cycle. Top-up credits, however, never expire — they sit in your account until used.

Yes. Credit top-up packs are available in the app on Starter and Pro plans. They're a one-time charge and never expire — useful when you import a one-off batch of new products.

All billing runs through Shopify's official billing system — the same place you pay your Shopify subscription. We never see or store your payment details.

Yes — pick the language per generation. For multi-language SEO Shopify stores using Shopify Markets or a translation app, you can run the same product through MetaGenius in each target language. Each language is a separate generation, so credits apply per language.

Shopify cancels billing immediately. The meta tags MetaGenius wrote stay in your store — they're saved on your products natively, not stored in our app. We delete your store data from our servers within 30 days of uninstall (or sooner on request).
